A co-worker of mine constantly makes suggestions to me during meetings. It is driving me crazy! How do I potitely tell this person that I am NOT looking for suggestions. Especially since the suggestions are made in front of the group and are not very helpful.

For mothers day we are having a meal at my house my brother is making the starter my sister is making the main and I am making dessert but I need ideas for what to make... If it's cake it needs to be simple cause I always manage to burn cake... and it needs to be something that can be made the day before and shoved in fridge/freezer.

I sent out my passport application to be processed expedited and it came back in less than 2 weeks, no problems.

Now of my friends are having trouble ... one had it sent to her, but it was sent back to the Passport Agency because she was unable to sign for it when it came in .. now she can't even speak to a human at that Passport Agency.

The other friend applied for his one day after mine, and has not received it, been over 3 weeks now. When he went to look up the status on the federal website, it says that they have no record of him, and he cannot get through to anyone.

Travel date is a week and half away, anyone have any ideas what to do?

They won't allow people to go to Passport Agency without an appt, and can't make an appt, because the phone lines are all automated and can't reach anyone.

My ex-friend has place a file in my computer that has a hacking system in it and he has told me if i open it he will have access to all my files. I can't backup stuff because he has some how blocked it. This is a big problem because the file he has placed in takes up 800 mb and my computer only has 1 gb and i can't save anymore. I did restart the computer but it ame up when I accessed the internet. Tell me how to get back at him.

I'm trying to deal with some issues I've recently began dealing with in seeking help with my past. I'm what's called an Adult Child of an Alcoholic. It's part of the process to seek people out who you feel you've wronged in the past and tell them that your sorry, etc.. My question is....how do I do that? I mean I want it to be heartfelt, but I have this suspicion that the person I want to tell sorry will just blow off my apology. How do I approach it in a healthy proactive way so that we both get something out of it, and not just self gratification for myself?

I need to be able to park my vehicle off the street, so I want to hire a co. to cut the curb in fornt of my house, and pour a concrete apron up to the sidewalk, then finish the job myself with pavers beyond the sidewalk.
Would love to have an idea what someone thinks this *might* cost. Just a one vehicle wide opening.
I am in W Central Florida.
Just looking for a very rough estimate.
