is it normal coz it does't hurt , how many days does it normally take for it to look like normal skin?? for the redness and bulge to go off??

I sounds like it is infected. You should go to the Dr. and get an antibiotic. If you take the medication it should decrease in redness and puffiness in a matter of a few days.

Your cut is bulged up because you have an infection inside where you can't see it. You need to have medical care ASAP.

your mouth is the dirties part of your body....i would rinse my mouth out with proxcide...then go see the dr.
