Since you just got her last night she may be trying to adjust not being around her litter mates and mother. Keep encouraging her to eat and drink and use the litter box. Until she adapts to her new surroundings try to keep her contained in a small area of the house along with her food, water, and litter box. This should help her adjust more easily. If this goes on for more than another day or so I would contact your veterinarian to have her checked out and to see what they recommend. Good Luck!

Shes probably way overwhelmed. Its really not that unusual to hear that. When you first get a kitten its really helpful to put her in a smaller room (if you choose the bathroom ALWAYS make sure the toiliet lid is down) because it helps them adjust a little easier. A big strange house is going to be a bit much. Then you can come and go to visit her as you wish. Make sure that she has accesst to her food, water and litter at all times. I bet she will be eating within the next 24 hours. If she doesnt eat or drink within 48 hours, you will need to contact your vet. You could also try a calming pheremone spray for cats called Feliway. Its available at PetSmart. If she doesnt relax soon this might help.

Not to worry! When you bring a new kitten (or adult cat) into a totally new and different environment, it is typical that they won't eat, drink, use the litter box, etc. They are much too interested in checking out their new surroundings. Just be patient, have food, water and the litter box set up (you may have to introduce her to the liter box), but in about a day, she will begin to feel more at home and at least start drinking water, maybe eat a little, but she will be just fine. Cats are very inquisitive and want to know every corner of their new surroundings. Good luck with her.

Since you just got her today let her adhust to the new invirment. If she won't eat then try to hand feed her. Call to her in a high voice and then feed her the food. If she still won't eat it try to dip it in tuna oil. Then she’ll begin to trust you. As for the not using the litter box try to attract her their put catnip all over the litter box. If that doesn’t work then try this: after she acepts you feeding her after she eats then take her strait to the litterbox. Eventuly she'll learn to accept you and learn to use the litter box right after she eats.
~Hope thos helps!

At 10 weeks she should be eating, maybe she doesn't like the food that you give her, cats like fish or turkey, chicken don't give too much beef take her to the food & water. Put her in the litter-box & show her with her paws to scratch, be gentle with her, maybe she misses her mommy. If this keeps up for a long time take her to a vet just to be sure that she isn't really sick. Good-Luck.

She is probably freaking out from the move. Give her tons of love today and set out a variety of foods and many dishes of water. It is possible she is finicky and so definately give her food options--if possible ask the place where you found her what kind of food they were feeding her.
