* Not only do we make these favorites in our own kitchen, but they are so easy to make and always come out DELICIOUS. I have made these number of times and so far, no complaints. I am not an experienced cook and never got stuck making any of these dessert entree's. You can freeze just about all of these (except the cookies). Enjoy & goodluck.

Miniature Cheesecakes
1 1/2 packages (8 oz size) cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 tsp vanilla
Topping:
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
strawberry or pineapple preserves
Let cream cheese soften in a medium size bowl; add 1/2 cup sugar, and cream together thoroughly.
Add eggs, on at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add 3/4 tsp vanilla and beat until smooth and creamy.
Place paper cupcake (foil if you have them) in a muffin tin and using a teaspoon, fill each one 2/3 full. Bake in a preheated 300 F oven 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 10 minutes (cakes will cave in slightly in center).
Make topping: In a small bowl, thoroughly mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Using a teaspoon top each with a small amount, enough to cover the top. Top with small amount of preserves in center of each cake. Return pan to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes. Makes about 2-3 dozen
This is very easy and extremely good.

I have a simple cake idea that you can not burn:
Buy 1 Angel Food Cake
1 container Cool whip
1 gallon Strawberry Icecream
1 pint fresh strawberries
Split cake in half, With a spoon scoop out just the center of each half - leaving about 1/2inch of cake around edges. Spoon in ice cream leaving a mound (so that it fills in the ring that you scooped out on the top of the cake). Make sure you mold and press the ice cream to fit the hole that you cut out. Place top onto the bottom which was filled with ice cream - ice it with 3/4 pf the cool whip. Store in freezer until ready to serve. Remove from freezer . Use remainder of cool whip to assist in placing the fresh strawberries on and aroung the cake. SERVE

a dessert that is really simple...and actually tastes better the day after....take graham crackers(whole ones) layer them in a dish, top with pudding(vanilla tastes best but any kind can be used), top the pudding with whipped cream. then put another layer of graham crackers...sprinkle icing sugar over the graham crackers and then drizzle a bit of caramel sauce over the crackers....leaving it in the fridge over night lets the crackers soften up some so they are not so crunchy and the flavors mix well together

Icecream nesscafeglace.
Buy vanilla icecream from the market, make coffe/ or instant coffe/ or simply cocoa, a strong one like syrup, with sugar, add rhum or brandy, put it in glasses, on it add crumbled biscuits, walnuts or raisins, or cocos. On top put two spoons of vanilla icecream and few sliced fruits, whatever you like, pinapple, strawberries. If you like cream, you can put cream too on top, but if not let it like this.
