A female with over 30%-32% body fat or a male with over 22%-24% body fat is medically 'overfat'.
Also, above a 32 inch waist for women or above a 37 inch waist for men is considered medically 'overfat'.
Apart from the waist measurement, you can't go by clothes sizes. A UK size 16+ may be too big on the waist, but being a size 16+ on the bust/hips is not seen as a risk unless the person is carrying too much body fat overall.

Medical is someone with BMI over 25, personally if you stand upright and then look down at your feet and are unable to see past your stomach then you're fat.

Someone who exceeds their BMI (Body Mass Index). It means they are heavier than their age and height says that they should be. On occasions if I see a skinny cow i class myself as fat!Does that count?
