i jog about 45 min everyday outside my neighborhood, but it seems like i didnt even exercise because i dont sweat. Now it is currently winter and very cold in Seattle, and it is very hard to sweat, wat kan i do to sweat alot? i already wear jackets and heavyclothing, is there anything else to do

I have an old brass bellhandle (bell with handle) that my father found at an auction in 1981. It looks old and asian of some sort, the handle is in the shape of a monkey or god looking human that has a different face on each side. On July 3, 2006, Scott convinced himself he was totally in love with me spending every possible moment he could right by my side. I wasn't in love, in fact I felt smothered but admit I enjoyed his company & his help repairing items around the house, he'd even paid my bills since I'm out of work & still out of work. Yes, he wanted sex but I wanted to be really sure he cared about me. Three months later I figured, OK, he really does care about me. We had sex. Almost immediately after, Scott totally changed into a jerk, lying, avoiding my calls, talking behind my back, standing me up. I just found out I am pregnant. I told Scott & he flew into a rage first denying the baby is his then demanding I get an abortion. He big time lied about wanting to make me his wife & having a child with me. After many failed attempts to contact Scott, he finally emails me saying, "I will drop $400 off & I am done!" I am unemployed with some bills past due & very depressed. I'll be 40 next month. Help!

The day before yesterday I was pulling up tile with an electric chisel (similar to a jackhammer), and the day after I started having wrist pain all of the sudden. The chisel seems like the cause but I'm not sure to what extent. I'm not sure weather its a sprain, carpal tunnel, or a fracture (but seems unlikely) Its like a "pulling" sensation. Its not painful but defiantly uncomfortable, and only when I move or twist my wrist. Touching has no effect. There has also been no obvious swelling or color changes. I do use the computer a lot so I thought it might be carpal tunnel rather than a sprain. Any ideas on what this could be?

I've been doing home school since 3rd grade, and i've been doing correspondence high school, where they send you the books and stuff, Well, i decided i want to go to regular high school, but i dont know how they would decide what grade to put me in. Would they give me a test and based on how i do, put me in the grade they see fit? Because if they wont make me a sophomore or jr, im not gonna go, and im not gonna worry about goin to a regular school then, just finish with my correspondence. Anyone know? I think they'll do a test like i mentioned, but i wanna be sure. If nobody knows, i'll go to the school and find out like that.

Hey guys... I recently posted a question about finding a place to buy ProSculpt locally. I just wanted to share a little information with those of you who may not already know. You cannot buy ProSculpt at local craft stores such as JoAnns, Hobby Lobby, Michaels etc. Prosculpt is only available from the Jack Johnston website. I searched & searched all over town, and just wanted to save anyone else from the same trouble.

Oh, also... if you choose to buy online you can get it from ebay, and soemtimes you might even find an ebay seller that lives in your own local area & will let you pick it up in person. That's what I did.

My GF and I had a terrible argument yesterday because of my Honesty prior to us attending a Friend's B-Day Party. She dressed up then asks me if she looks fat on that dress she just put on.I ask her..."Would You like my personal Opinion Or The Honest truth?".She said my opinion & i said I love You! then she asks the truth,then i told her you don't want to hear it.but she insisted & I said "You look like a hippo on a tutu!" She Cried,Bawled loudly Then stormed out the room. I said I was sorry But She wouldn't talk to me. She 's giving me the silent treatment.Now Before you judge me...I was brought up to tell the truth no matter what. What did i do wrong!? She insisted the truth so i did! We've been together for 2 years now & i never seen her behave like this b4.What she expect from me...Lie to her!? I Really Love this woman w/ all of my heart & i'm willing to lay down my very own life for her on a moment's notice but she's driving me crazy! Please Help me!....

I just started today putting down sod in my backyard. The whole yard is hard dirt. Today it rain and loosend the ground a little so I went to Lowes and bought some sod. I broke up the dirt like I read online about 2 inches and layed the sod about 3 inches apart from each other. I just got done watering to get the roots to settle in the ground. I love in southern CA so it rained for an hour this morning and then the sun came out and warmed the day. I have seen many brand new homes with sod and it is always far apart from each other but I read online they need to be touching... which way is correct? Should there be a small space or close together? The other question is did I lay the sod right? Am I missing a step or do I need to add manure or anything? What is the best way to keep the sod healthy? Thanks for any help!

So my friend and I, who have been good good friends these past few years have recently discovered that we're falling for each other. It turns out these past years he's always had a thing for me. He would tell me i was pretty but never really beleived him. Now that we're "hooking up" - things are going good. The first day we "hooked up" is was just sweet little kisses of pecks and some "full ons kisses" and an arm around the shoulder. The second time was sweet little kisses, pecks, (some on the neck) and his hand around my waist on my thigh. The third time (it's been like a week before the second time) - it was still sweet little kisses, pecks, "full ons", but he was holding me closer and feeling up my a**. Here's the thing though: i don't feel violated at all - actually, it's feels "normal" - guys, was he being a perv (which i doubt) and do you think he's going too fast? (keep in mind...after all these years, he's finally got the girl)

What should my husband and I do? My step daughter was told by her birth mom "you are the biggest mistake I have ever made".
Normally it would be about one-upping the evil ex, but with this situation that is not even a consideration. The only thing that matters is the well being of our children. How can we help our daughter? Should we confront the evil birth mom? Should we take this to court and seek custody? My daughter-by-marriage is 15 years old.

I am not interested in scientific theory as that is all it is...theory. I want to know from the depth of you what made you choose? Some of the Atheists I met have an inner early conflict with their father or some other important figure that claimed religion and disappointed them in some way. Some have hurt feelings about so called religious people that did not live up to their faith. Others cannot believe in a loving God when there is so much hardship in the world. Some are scared to death of their own emotions so they shut them off and never learn to be intimate. The last group are ones that don't want to believe in God because it means they would have to change a lifestyle they have learned to cherish. Why? I am sure there are many different reasons out there. Mmm
