are hot oil treatments that make u hair all soft GOOD or BAD for your hair??

I've used hot oil treatments, and I think they are good for your hair. I've always had luck with them - just use them once a week.

Generally, hot oil treatments are not bad as long as:
1) You don't burn yourself
2) There aren't any additional chemicals or other harmful ingredients in them.

I've used it once and I absolutely hated it. It made my hair so dry!!! But maybe for some types of hair it's good. I guess it really depends on the hair it's going on. I really hated it though...After I used it and dried my hair and all that, it was super poofy. So I had to wash my hair again to get that crap out.

well they r good but not very frequently, cause the heat is not a pro
