I don't know what that means. I never did. Can you explain it?

It depends on the neighborhood. And also on what kinds of and how many pets the neighbors have.

My sis lives in an older neighborhood and has had mostly the same neighbors over a number of years... they have low, worn, chain link fences in their neighborhood.

I live in a neighborhood with mostly renters... I've been there longer than most of the neighbors... I've had a new set of neighbors in the duplex adjacent to mine almost every 6 months, and it went abandoned for a good couple of years.

I have a big, sturdy, 6 foot wooden fence and a big dog. I like it that way.

Bush never funded the border fence project and never will. I hear what's already contracted out, though, is a sort of "speedbump", for real. And, if the U.S. HAD been a better neighbor, we wouldn't have exploited Mexicans so much or caused their nation to have a 20% increase in unemployment due to N.A.F.T.A. Americans don't have a clue what it means to be good neighbors.

If you're referring to the proposed fence along the Mexican border; then yes if I lived along the border, I would welcome that fence as my neighbor!
