i jog about 45 min everyday outside my neighborhood, but it seems like i didnt even exercise because i dont sweat. Now it is currently winter and very cold in Seattle, and it is very hard to sweat, wat kan i do to sweat alot? i already wear jackets and heavyclothing, is there anything else to do

My brother, when he used to wrestle and had to make weight, he would lay by the fireplace and wear layers and layers of clothes.

Drink more water! Plus warm up your body before you even go out, Dress in layers but smart layers, that will make you sweat. Where tighter clothing under more and more baggy clothes. Maybe you just are not a sweater! I sweat walking up my stairs to the hall way. I'm a sweater so when I even just walk around for a little while I sweat. So when i play hockey even out in the cold i get sweaty!! YAY me!

I should be able to help since I sweat while doing everything from eating to sleeping to standing. I am in Minnesota and it's winter and I still run my AC sometimes. I would try warming up before you start jogging... unless of course that clashes with the weather and you come down with something. Okay I'm no help.

Try to jog around the place where there are many dogs that can chase you. In that way you will be force to run as much as you could, and sweat will come out. Be sure to keep a stick to prevent these dogs from attacking you. If you want short-cut try steam sauna.

Hello! Try drinking more water don't get too water logged. Keep wearing a lot of clothes like your doing. Keep active go for long walks,do yard work, also try going to a gold's gym and go into the sauna or try the StairMaster. One more thing try aerobics so you can use all of your body parts to sweat it worked for me I lost 25 pounds in a month.

try running up and down a flight of stairs - when using the stairmaster at the gym, even for 5 mins, i break out in a sweat.

What I do is buy these pills at gnc called thermo boost.they turn your body into a calorie burning machine.And you sweat a lot.

Try drinking a lot more fluids and continue exercising.
