My husband and I adopted a Jack Russell back at Christmas. He will be three in June, and is fullly trained. However, he came from a home with no children, and we have three girls. He is loving toward them, but will only allow the girls to get so close to him or he snaps at them. Any suggestions on how to prevent this; how to make him more comfortable around the girls. We love him dearly, and just want to provide the best home for him!

I met him at work a year ago, he is good looking , real man and most importantly we both have the same vision regarding many things like religion and so .. the problem is that he is paid 1/2 of what I am paid , my position is more senior than his...

Based on your experience , do you think this should be a problem after marriage ? How do you think other people at work will perceive that, should I even care for them??

mine has to be StarWars as it was the first movie I ever went to see and loved it, love all actiony type movies - pretty much all kinds, but fav is the Starwars trilogy, the first 3, not the latter, tooo much computers involved in the maiking of that one.

We have custody of my husband's 2 nephews. The boys are 7 and 9 years old. They get overnight visits with their mother and we found out yesterday that she allows them to play Grand Theft Auto while they are there. She has told them not to tell us that she lets them play that game. I know it's not a game for a child of any age to play and I know a few things about the game. Before I confront the mother with her choice of allowing them to play that game I want some more information from someone who has played the game. What kind of inappropriate things take place in the game?

America invaded Iraq and removed a dictator...a person who killed people for speaking out against the government.

The Dixie Chicks received death threats for speaking their minds about the president. Freedom of Speech, I thought, was a protected right for all...and no exceptions were made for 'celebrities', last time I checked.

You may have found their words offensive and inappropriate...but death threats? Is this your America?
