lets suppose a agent(CCE) is not motivated and and you are team leader , you cant increase his salary package still you need to motivate him. what will you do??????

Recommend him for special training courses conducted by the company so that he could get additional knowledge and try for promotion.
Adjust his working schedules so that if he attends some part-time course, he could fit in the class timings within the schedule of his work.
Find out his special abilities, such as in sports, literature, human relations, etc. and see if there are other departments within the company in which he may be absorbed, in order that his talents could be better utilized there.
If he is good in his work, you can make him the training man for junior staff so that he could command the respect of other staff.
