I have a lilac tree at the end of my garden which is growing at a fairly steep angle. This is great because it has grown into a natural arch and is also obscuring a horrible brick wall at the end of the garden. Should I be worried that it could eventually fall over? Is there anything else I can do to support it so that I don't need to cut it back?

I'm nervous to leave her because I've never really been away from her other than an occassional night out. My husband is insisting we take this trip and says our baby will be fine (she is staying with my parents). But, my dad has some health problems and I worry that this is too much to ask of them even though my mom really wants her that week we are gone. I'm just scared something will happen to the baby and I'll be out of the country and unable to return quickly. Or, something will happen to my dad and my mom will have to handle a toddler and my sick father. I'm very stressed out and would rather cancel the trip altogether (it's in 2 months) but my husband says I'm worrying way too much and the chances of something happening to the baby or my dad in the 6 days we're away is slim. His opinion is anything could happen any time so why would it be that specific week. He won this trip through work and feels he worked hard and deserves it. Am I overreacting by not wanting to go?

today, a co-worker wadded up a paper napkin and put it in his mouth and started chewing it.

much like people cringe at fingernails running down a chalkboard, i had to look away and couldn't shake the erie chills the it had given me.

this, and pulling cotton out of an aspirin bottle. ICK!

Hi all, I am a newbie to the fish hobby. In fact, I don't even have any fish yet. I've been doing research on the web and have learned a lot. My tap water with test strips says that my water 0 nitrates, 0 nitrites, is very hard, high alkalinity and high ph. So I replaced 2 gallons of the water with rain water. That dropped the ph and alkalinity and softened the water. But the problem is the nitrites is now saying stress. The nitrates didn't change. I was planning to go get a couple of starter fish tonight. Now I'm worried that they'll die before my 10 gallon tank has a chance to cycle. Any suggestions? Thank you.

what i wanna know is me and my partner have been trying for a baby for months and months ive had sex on whats meant to be my ovulation days and still nothing. what i dont understand is there are all these people having abortions and getting pregnant under age (which is no life to bring up a baby) and people having one night stands and getting pregnant. what are peoples views on this?

What is the law in YOUR country concerning organ transplant?

If a person in your country were to meet with a fatal accident and die, will his organs be automatically removed from his body for transplant?

Or will his body be left intact for his family to claim for burial?

Does your government has a right to remove the organs from the body of your love ones when they are certified dead? Is there a recourse?
