If we take a year as approximately 365.24 year long, then in one year we have 365.24*24*60*60 seconds long. This is equivalent to 31556736 seconds in a year.
Dividing 1892160000 by 31556736 =59.96. This is approximately 60 years.
As this is February then 60 year ago , would mean he was born in 2007-60=1947. He's birthday would be around this time too.

Who is David?
Is he your Dad?
If you master the following steps you will have no more problems in Physics and Chemistry as far as conversion of units is concerned. Also, when you become a practicing nurse you will need this knowledge of conversion, too.
Here is the conversion using cancellation of units:
1,892,160,000 seconds = 1,892,160,000 seconds x [(1 minute)/60 seconds] x [(1 hour)/60 minutes] x [(1 day)/24 hour] x [(1 year)/365.25 day]
All the units will cancell out leaving only year.
Where: unit / unit = 1
= 1,892,160,000 / [60 x 60 x 24 x 365.25] year
Multiply all the numbers in the denominator:
(single operation only)
= 1,892,160,000 / 31,557,600 year
Divide both numerator and denominator by 1,000:
= 1,892,160 / 31,557.6 year
= 59.96 years
Round to whole number:
= 60 years
Year he was born:
2007 - 60 = 1947 (Answer)

60 seconds = 1 minute
3600 seconds = 1 hour
86400 seconds = 1 day
31536000 seconds = 1 year
- - - - - - - - - - -
1892160000 / 31536000 = 60
David is 60 years old
Subtract 60 from 2007 to get the year of birth
2007 - 60 = 1947
David was born in 1947
- - - - - - - - -s-

not doing math this time of night, but here's the general idea....
convert seconds to minutes (*1/60)
convert minutes to hours (*1/60)
convert hours to days (*1/24)
convert days to years (*1/365)
Simplified: 1,892,160,000 /(60*60*24*365)
I think that's right, but like I said before.... it's late, and I'm tired.
Or if you like, you can figure out how many seconds are in a year and divide David's age in seconds by whatever that number is.

1,892,160,000 sec
you have to convert this to minute then to hr then to day then to yr:
when u divided it by 60 you get
31536000 min
when you divided min 60 you get this much hr
525600 hr when you divided this by 24 u get this much day
21900 day when u divided this by 360 u get this much yr
60.833 yr so the person is this much old so
subtract from this yr (2007)
2007-60.833= 1946 or 1947

1 day = 86400 seconds
convert your figure into days
= 1892160000/86400
= 21900 days
if we divide this days figure by 365 we will get 60 years
after every 3 years or every 4th year is a leap year, means 15 leap year has gone
means 15 days has to be minus from 60 years.
it means it is 59 years before he borne
so 2007 - 59 = in 1948 he was born
