in our country it is a custom to eat dogs since time immemorial until the europeans came and introduce their custom and traditions. Do you think it is right that dog meat should be prohibited? is it our natural right to eat meat in our discretion?

In my personal view eating meat of other living creatures is not only disgusting but also abhoring.I fail to understand what is the necessacity of eating meat of others,when nature has provided us such a variety of fruits,cereals,pulses,vegetables and what not.Being a hindu,we are strict vegetarians since generations.We are all generally healthy and not afflicted with serious diseases.For my part,I shudder to think of even going near any non-veg food.Therefore why should you even dream of eating dogs meat is beyond my comprehension.The Hindu religion does not allow eating other creatures.Imagine how much pain it causes to an animal,when killed brutely.You might have heard of cannibalism,what is then wrong in it?If we kill and eat other animals,why should'nt cannibals be allowed to kill humans to satisfy their taste buds.I hope I have made my point.

well i think it not natural eating dog at the end of the day a dog is a human good friend come on who ever has a dog the lovely dog would u it it i think its just wrong

Well I'd never do it, and I think it's so wrong to eat a dog, kind of barbaric. But then again we can't go around suppressing people's cultures in their own countries. Just don't go looking for dog in my country!

that's wrong you eat little puppy's you take there lives i understand with cows and stuff but DOG'S there part of human race its practically cannibal to eat dogs this should be prohibited immediately!!!!!!!!!
