The cotton out of the aspirin bottle idea is not a pleasant one, but what really makes me cringe is touching velvet. For some reason the texture is very unpleasant to me.

The sound of a stick of chalk squeaking against a blackboard as somebody is writing on it. YAAAAaaaagghhh! I think it's the way some people press in on the chalk, or the angle at which they write or something, but some people just can't write on a blackboard without that awful scrttttch, scrtttch sound. That fingernail thing sounds as bad, or worse.

Catching a broken nail on clothing, especially woollen clothes. Pulling cotton wool from a roll of the stuff is not nice too. Oh, and rain going down the back of my neck.

Having a hair in my mouth makes me physically ill, seeing a hair in my food as well.
Seeing someone digging in their teeth after eating is just horrible and the worst for me is seeing a mother stick a dummy in her mouth and then in the babies. I cannot stand that.
Also seeing someone digging in their nose aaarrrgghhhhhh:)))

I saw somebody cleaning his ears out with a cotton bud at a bus stop (a busy one!)

Gross!

When my teeth accidentally grind together and make a squeaky noise.

And pushing my cuticles down. I can do a couple, but then it makes me breathless and I have to take deep breaths to calm down before I can do any more.
