To all Canadians, Australians, Brits and New Zealanders,

What is the law in YOUR country concerning organ transplant?

If a person in your country were to meet with a fatal accident and die, will his organs be automatically removed from his body for transplant?

Or will his body be left intact for his family to claim for burial?

Does your government has a right to remove the organs from the body of your love ones when they are certified dead? Is there a recourse?

There is no law in my state that says you can or cannot move a piano from one location to another.

I suggest select a single country and submit a new question since every country has it's own laws and sometimes they are totally dissimilar.
