For the past 19 weeks, I've been working out 5-6 days a week. I work out almost an hour every day. I've so far lost 30lbs and 29inches. I'm very proud of myself. Problem is, for the last two months now, I've been at the same weight. I go down and I get excited and think oh yes I'm going to lose more and I can't wait to reach my goal of 50lbs. But then the next day I'm back up to where I was again... it's so frustrating. I do count my calories, I keep a journal, I have a ton of people rooting for me and telling me I can do it, which I know I can. What can I do to make my weight start falling again? Should I try pills or a drink or something? Help!!! :(
