to get a college education in the usa you have to start looking for a college that will accept u as a freshman its called international students here in the us for that you must fill in an application from the college website of which college u are attending some necessary documents will be asked like your sat score your tofel score and they will also ask how u plan to pay for college do u need financial aid (usual in us ) and do u need accomidation in college campus once u sumbit ur application and necessary documents they will send it to the us embassy for approval and then they will send it to the us embassy in ur country for approval i think u have to go to the us embassy in ur country for getting a student visa and then u have to wait for a period of time from 1 to six months to get ur visa, u have to start applying early maybe in 11th standard or if u aldready graduated 12th this process will usually take anywhere between 3 to 12 months hope u come to america hope this helped u take care
