I'm looking for a FREE FREE FREE Image Hosting Site that allows "animated GIFs", but doesn't resize the photos when you upload them.

Try http://imageshack.com/, and http://picoodle.com/ both are free

What you are thinking of doing makes no sense (nowadays you get unlimited bandwidth for $3.50 a month) and it wouldn't work anyway (photobucket would kill all your photos) and also, you can upload a gazillion pics but since you will hardly have any traffic, no bandwidth will be used anyway...

www.zenixstudios.com doesn't as far as I know. I don't know if they allow hotlinking though.
