A recent house extension, meant we had a new condenser boiler fitted - a Glowworm Flexicom 18Hx. It has generally done the job but produces what seems like very large quantities of water droplets from the flue, which drips down the brickwork below In the 3-4 mths since its been operational this has already begun to run the brickwork green.

Now in the colder weather, there's a glacier down my wall and I'm worried this will cause the brick work to crack.

I've designed a water collector from a 2l Lemonade bottle with the top cut off and shaped so a collar sits under the flange around the flue and have collected approx 0.5 l in about a day.

There's generally a regular drip, but every so often, a guttural spurge of water, which probably accounts for most of the problem.
Is there something that needs tweaking to stop this ?

What is a good product to help protect your hair from "frying" while using a flat iron? I have straight hair, but after I blow dry my hair the ends need to be flat-ironed and I flat iron a few of my wispy bangs. I just need a product that will be good and help protect my hair while straight ironing. Thanks!!

My first thought was that the book was wrong. I have been doing HTML for 10 years and this is the first time I read in a book to use the
for HTML, along with the . Yet I look it up and those tags are defined as XHTML.
I then open up Dreamweaver 8 and the coding is like that when you create an HTML page.
Is there going to be a huge shift and HTML will become an "ancient" language???

I'm in Alameda County and the FTA is for traffic court. What steps must be taken to clear it? And, doesn't a FTA automatically become a warrant rather it's for a traffic violation or not?

Recently I read in a paper about a person getting invovled in a case in which he had nothing to do. He was invovled & arrested for something he did'nt do. It was a car stealing car case in which he was a car dealer. Althougth he was innocent he was daily harressed by the cops as he was easy victim. Anyways he got the bail & now case is still going in the court but one thing that interested me about his case was when he entered in the court he & everone invovled in the case was told by the cops to remove their slippers/shoes that they were wearing. Now here I don't understand that why were they told to remove their shoes before entering the court? Were they afraid of something dangerous hidden in their shoes/slippers?

It would have been a show that aired sometime in the late '70s or the early '80s. I used to think it was Charlie's Angels, but I don't think that's right. It could possibly have been Hart to Hart, Fantasy Island, Wonder Woman, The Bionic Woman, ect. Does anyone know for certain?
