Go turn yourself in if a warrant has been issue. This will show you made a mistake and show good trust to the court. When you appear in court say your sorry and explain why you miss court. If you don't have a history they might dismiss it or small fine.

MOST traffic FTA warrants can be cleared if you make payment for the ticket in addition to the FTA.
By not appearing, you put yourself in a "Contempt of Court" position and...well...the judge gets that final say!
If you pay...you are pleading guilty without the ability to present your side in court, therefore, if you have UNUSUAL circumstances where you feel jusitified in not appearing, contact the Clerk of the Court Office where you can request a new court date provided the FTA warrant is recalled!
Best wishes!

show up with your check book. You will probably need it. If you had set up a hearing on the violation and failed to appear, the courts will usually issue a bench warrant. If the tickets were civil infractions and you faied to take care of them, usually a notice is sent tot he department of motor vehicles and they suspend your license but no warrant is issued by the court.
I would at least try and speak with the judge or magistrate and see if some of the default fines could be waived

the only way an FTA becomes a warrant is if it was criminal traffic like DWI , driving on suspended or revoked license. hit and run. or leaving a scene of an accident. if it is for speeding or just any non criminal ticket. when you FTA they just either order to pay ticket orif you dont pay ticket they could suspend your license until you do. if it is a criminal you will have to turn yourself in. my advice dont turn yourself in you dont get browny points for it. let the police try and find you . dont do their job for them. if and when you get caught play dumb....

you need to get a lawyer, then you need to go to court and take care of this. Some judges take this very seriously. Could be a jail sentence if you prolong it. Not to mention the fines and court costs. yea, I would get a lawyer.
