Human in themselves do not have and negative affect on the other species it what humanity does that hurt other species. For example the overuse of the earth resources fishing, oil, housing etc. We build housing in place were the animal use to live and then get upset when there are in our backyard causing us to put out pesticides to remove there form our presence. For oil we have got so lazy that we have to buy a lawnmower to sit on the take more energy then a push mower with will also give go exercise. Last fishing is done in mass quantities faster then fish can reproduce. I am not an activist however we must learn to share the earth that we are using in a better way.

Even some human species are negatively impacted by more advanced societies.
When Europeans came to north and south America is a case in point. The Incas and the Indians.
Take the buffalo or bison they were almost wiped out by sophisticated human intruders from some where else.

It isn't only human populations that do that. Animal populations can grow so much that they negatively impact other animal, or plant, populations. It is just a crowd effect, similar to how too many cars on the road causes traffic jams.

Probably not enough education on nature, some people think nature is boring so they kinda ignore. Why do you think green campaigns are needed?

Being raised in a big urban city tends to isolate the mind on nature, we only see it on TV or papers.

You just have to understand that the ecosystem is fragile. Like what are the ducks gonna eat if all the fish in the pond were gone? The ducks will soon die or desperately begs for bread crumbs.
