I am buying a used car, and narrowed it down to 2. Either Lexus LS400, or Mercedes 320E.

I like the reliability of the Lexus, but my experience with Lexus/Toyota vehicles is that they are so boring to drive I almost want to fall asleep on long trips.

My experience with Mercedes is that they are more pleasant to drive than Lexus, but maybe more upkeep.

One of my cat's has been sneezing for about a week - and now you can see her nose is runny/bothered. All my cats are indoor only cats, so they haven't gotten anything from outside. The only bad thing is, she was rescued too late to truly tame - so it's VERY difficult to lay hands on her. I don't know if I need to catch her to get her to the vet? I'd rather not if there is something else I can do - it's stressful for her AND us.

Any suggestions?

I used to take ephedra back when it was still on the market, and it was great. I always had energy, and lost alot of weight. Now that its off the market my energy is constantly low, so i cant work out as much cause im always drasgging, and of course i have gained back all the weight, (I had an injury and was in a cast for about a year which didnt help) Im looking to get my energy back, and to lose the weight again. Do any of these diet/energy pills actually work? Or am I wasting my money? If they do work which ones worked for you, and how soon? Bikini season is upon us...so its time to crack down...Thank You!!!

i have recieved a summons and called the courts, this is real, their is no date on it and it was given to a family member not to me. i called to collector and they wont accept anyting less than half of the debt to drop the case, i offered to start a payment plan they refused...

My kid was drawing his own pokemon cards in preschool, so my wife decided to go out and buy a set. I never played Pokemon (or any card game without the ace of spades) before this.

He gets the rules, but he doesn't get strategy - we play with our hands 'face up', because he won't hide them, and he's a little weak on planning ahead.

My question is, with only a cheap trainer set, is there any way to 'rig' the game so he has a BIG advantage and might actually win? By giving good cards to the kid, and bad cards to the grownup?

Also, what is the cheapest way to get a reasonable set of cards. I found out our trainer decks only have 30 cards, and I'm supposed to have 60. I'm not looking for rare cards or to collect, just to play a basic game with my kid.

I quit smoking yesterday and today I got a speeding tickt for going 131 km's in a 100 zone. I know that is why because I can't think of anything else right now besides smoking and I never speed. This is my first ticket ever. Do you think they will understand and reduce or eliminate the fine or am I just going to be wasting my time?
