yes, its called a caller-ID manager...you can buy it separately...it keeps track on all in-gong and outgoing calls made! I got a call-log from my phone provider, but I have to go on-line to look at it...this one is plugged next to the phone!
you can add this feature, for a charge, from your phone provider!

MCI offers Call Manager. Other companies offer Caller ID and Call Waiting Caller ID.

Yes. Your phone will do this if you are signed up for Caller I.D. with your phone company. (also if your phone is caller i.d. - ready).
