Try going something wonderful for yourself, something that is so relaxing, enjoyable, carefree that it allows you forget your worries and troubles. Watch a funny TV show or movie, treat yourself to some really good food, if you have some money buy yourself something nice, take a nice relaxing aroma bath, listen to a cheerful song... or if you are religious, praying is great. Just do something to let yourself know that you are wonderful, beautiful, and that everything is going to be okay.

It depends what your down about. I always like to get myself something new like an outfit or earrings.
You can invite your best friend over and bake some cupcakes or something too.
My favorite way to cheer up is to go on a small road trip and get a change of scenary for a day or two. I just start planning a little trip somewhere fairly close and fairly inexpensive, wait until my next day off and go on a little excurtion to a nearby town that advertises a neat attraction or a cool museum or something. Take a friend with you or go alone if it is your friends who are bringing you down(whatever you think sounds like fun)
If you have some extra dough, you could get a nice hotel room and take advantage of the hotel facilities and do some exploring in this new place. If not, just go for a aday and drive back home that night.
Shopping, eating out at new restaurants in a new surrounding is always a good way to cheer me up.
If you cant afford it right now, you could start planning a trip like this and planning a way to save up for it. This wil give you something fun to look forward to and will cheer you up too.
I like planning a new adventure even if it is a small one.
I hope you feel better.

Whatever you think sounds fun ,you should do as a treat to yourself. You are a good person and you deserve it.
