If your mom has full custody of you and you are wanting to live with your dad to go to school where he lives, then your parents need to go back to court and change the court order. If you are just wanting to go to school where your dad lives and there is no need to move in with him, the school should accept your dad's address, regardless of if you are living there or not.

well first i am not sure what you are saying but i will try to answer. one i am a single father raiseing my son alone and that really cool, anyways back to questions. two, if your mom as parental rights over you then she will have to sign you in her self at the school. if the school does not know who has rights over you then it does not matter your dad can do it. but he will still need birth records shot records, and a few more things. if i were you i was go to court get the right paper work and have your mom write down what she wants turn it in and the courts will do what ever the parents say as long as they are working together, i had to fight for my son but my case is different. i would take the letter your mom wrote saying its ok to live with dad then i would get him to call the school and ask what they need. if you need more help hit me up and i will try to help.

Basically, if your mother enrolls you in the school that she chooses to - and puts your address as your father's - then you can go wherever. It's not like they will put up this huge fuss about it.

Yes - I would think the notarized note would be good enough.

By the way - you REALLY need school. . .
