where is the fuel pump fuse or relay located? ive checked under the dash fuse panel but no fuel pump fuse is labeled. or how else can i relieve the fuel pressure ?

There's a black plastic cover under the hood on the left side of the firewall.

Pull the plastic nut looking things off and the cover will come off.
It's on the left side behind the cover.

ADDED: If you're changing the filter under the truck, you WILL get about 1/4 cup of fuel all over the place.
There's not much you can do about it.

There is no fuse or realy for the fuel pump. The fule pump is mechanical and bolts to the lower passenger side of the engine block to the front of the block.

Fuel pump fuse is under the hood in the high energy fuse panel.
