I have a Toshiba Portege M205. It is...okay... not the best thing I have ever worked on. I am a graphic artist and illustrator and LOVE a tablet, but this machine is always chugging along.
Yes I have all the upgrades. I have a 1G RAM and have very little stored on my hard drive to help increase speed. But is it the OS system that is holding me back? Would my programs, (Corel, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.) run better on VISTA?

Is Vista goign to help my Toshiba run better? Is it worth the upgrade?

How sure are you that the science we have to keep people in vegetative states alive for decades, that is until the money runs out, or the science to separate conjoined twins and choose which one is to die, or the science of fertility treatements, is better or worse than say
historical science like evolutionary biology and geology which just explain the origin of the species and give us insight to the past,
which one is truly more harmful to you in the science community
and don't you think your energy , if it does come to fighting science,
is better spent concentrating on the tough ethical dilemmas humanity is tinkering with when it comes to science. Why aren't you as much into ethics as you seem to be into desperately trying to poke holes in theories that cause NO ONE any harm?
When ACTUAL harm goes on all the time when speaking about ethics especially in medicine, what say you on the capitalization of it all.
Is that very Christ like at all?

Not looking to get yelled at about the Friends with benifits thing, just opinions.

Honestly, I go to a dance school twice a week, but it isn't enough to keep my calories being burned, etc. I sleep most of my free time, along with being on the computer.. which i'm basically addicted to. I'm lazy, and I don't know what is an easy and quick way that I could lose weight. I'm not really that fat or anything, but i'd like to lose ten or fifteen pounds, specifically around my stomach and arms. Please help..?

well i asked her out and she said i'll think about it and then after a week her friends told me she said no. But after that whole thing she began to be really shy around me and we don't really talk anymore. she looks at me alot during class and turns away when i look. did she say no to hide that she liked me? also i got a friend to talk to her and she said she wanted to talk to me. then my friend called her while i was on the third line and my friend asked why she keeps looking at me during class and she said just to see what hes doing. then she kept going about the things she liked about me and then my friend asked do you like him and she said she'll tell him at school then they talked at school the next day and she does like me. i'm kinda confused now. i also noticed shes been trying to talk to me but is too shy. i'm just not sure what to think anymore. should talk to her?
