Older married men divorce to marry younger women because they think younger women make them look young to.

your husband obviously left you for a younger woman........and what you are saying is not always the case......im 24 my boyfriend is 54.....he didnt leave a wife for me and we are not together because i make him look "younger".....i think you should just get over the fact that your husband left u for a younger woman....you prob nagged him to much anyway.....

This behaviour occurs mostly in men who are in the mid life stage.Many of them experience a change in their likes and dislikes, they actually relive their teenage years. For example some of these men would suddenly buy a new red sports car with all the latest gadget, even though they might not know how to use them .While some change there woman or women, and they go for the younger they come.These men are the insecure ones, they feel that they are better able to prove their sexuality with a younger woman, to say they still got what it take to attract a woman and a young one is better. And many times their sex drive increase and they actually feels they are 20 yrs younger and may try very hard to look so.
Their sex drive may not match that of their older partner who might be going through her own stage of life.
But big up! to the men who in spite of their impulses to do wild things, allow good sense to prevail and challenge their new energy into something less destructive and choose to stay with the wife of their youth.

There may be a genetic reason that even the man himself may not be aware of. An old man has more damaged DNA than a young woman's , and it makes evolutionary sense that with her DNA he has a better chance to have healthier offspring.
But that may be intellectualizing.
Older women also look for younger men. The reason probably has much to do with aesthetics. Face it: newness is generally more pleasant to the eye--whether in humans, animals or vegetation.

Several reasons...They are attractive,They are often looking for more mature men,and most younger women offer us the opportunity to start another family.
Personally I would NEVER have divorced my wife for any reason,but since she divorced me for an older man,I am now dating a woman 20 yrs younger than I am.

I married a man that is seven years older than me. I have asked him several times why he would marry younger, and he said it had nothing to do with my age, that when he found love he just found it. He also says I keep him young lol

Younger women are more attractive, tender, feminine & desirable..
Trophy wives are also the female equivalent of a new red ferrarri..
No older man thinks the younger woman makes them look younger...

It's not only older men who do this but older women also marry younger men. we each have to face our own mortality and some of us can do that more gracefully than others.

a lot of it has to do with the sex drive of women. They don't typically reach the peak of their sex drive until much older. So they go for a younger man because the sex drive is much higher when they are young.

yea that always happens but does it ever work out??? younger women are less experianced (emotionally) and most ppl change as they get older...most older men are ready to commit and start a family...well the younger women they chose...are to young for that. they wanna have fun and experiance plus they have alot to learn still about life.........not all turn out like that but most.....

I dont believe this is the case all the time...
My guy and I are both divorced, but he is 42 and i am 35...........but my ex husband's new gf is only 27..( he is 35 too ).....
But age wasnt a factor..........its just how it turned out.
Personally I think the second time around everyone tries harder, as they dont want to make the same mistakes.
