haha ,when i read ur question, i remembered the time i said "i love you" to my gf. we were both shy, so i wrote for her and leave that in her book after 2 days she saw that. then she started to cry. it was the best time i have ever had.try this.
and don't worry about people opinion. u can not live with PEOPLE IDEA, but u can live with urs.

1. who cares about what ppl would think of u. 2 when his youger its easer 2 communicate with him. Well if ur 2 shy 2 talk 2 him try 2find a way 2 make himtalk 2 u. make ur self look better when his around. I dono akt kooler n stuff. or try 2 get him jelius start dating some other guy 2 get him jelious. or u could just tell ur friends 2 tell him that u like him n then they could ask him if he likes u back or just look at the waay he reacts. if his smiling or somethin . its a yes n u should make the first move!

Well if you don't know if he likes you or not. Ask a friend to ask him for you, or one of his friends. As to you being a yr younger shouldn't matter to you what others think. Don't let something like that mess up something that could be wonderful.

Approach him, act cool and smooth. But most importantly, Be your self. Start talking, get to know each other. Then brake the ice. And for the other problem, don't pay any mind to what people say.

1) Don't worry about what other people think about it, it isn't any of their business
2) Start by saying Hi to him one Day, if you know his name use it, if you don't know it ask what it is
3) Try finding out what he is into to so you can talk about something you both
4) Remember he is a guy and if you show interest he will more than likely respond

well have you ever talked to him? Do you know what hes interested in? If you two have something in common just strike up a converstation and go fromt theere...you will see if you actually like his personality, and not just his bod.

nowadays age is not a problem anymore just be brave to spoke out your feeling to anyone you like!!!
if you said you and him had made eye contact maybe he also like you.
