GPA doesn't matter. I proved that. Not learning disabled, just too many parties. The ASVAB test is a skills test. The SAT and ACT are good predictors of the score you will get on the military test. 18 on ACT and you should do OK. When I recruited in the 1990s, I used to always ask potential recruits what their ACT was since most people under 24 remembered what they got if they took it. Recruiters also have a pretest to estimate what you will score.

You may end up waiting a long time. Our squadron filled it's available GED slots for the year before October was over. Normal GED qualifications are as follows: 65+ on the ASVAB No moral/drug/dependancy waivers All other qualifications I can think of are the same as anybody else. Or go to your local CC and take 15 semester/22 quarter credits of college.

to enlist, no. all you need is a qualifying score on the ASVAB plus pass allt he medical , physical and moral requirements. To become an Offiicer, you need at least a 3.5 GPA in your Undergraduate degree to be comptetitive, and the degree should be in a hard science or engineering field.

No gpa, you need to score well on the ASVAB. I believe a 115 on the GT line of the asvab will make you eligible for anything in the Airforce.

Just to get in, you probably need a GT score around 60 or so...I dunno, call a recruiter to know for sure.

you have to take a placement test before you come in....that test will allow them to place you where you will be more likely to perform to their standards.....GPA really has nothing to do with it....
