does somebody know how i can search for a retail store for rent in Milwaukee Oregon?

Hi, i would like to know if someone knows how i can search for rent prices and places in milwaukie oregon. I want to open a shoe store overthere but i want to get some ideas on renting prices and all the info i can have regarding this matter. Thankyou

Personally if I was searching I would probably drive to Mikwaukie and take a look at who is managing property there, as smaller management firms probably don't have websites yet. That said, you can go to http://rmls.com and use the commercial listings to find some of the listings in the Milwaukie area. I also found http://www.loopnet.com/Oregon/Milwaukie and found that there is property available in the Walgreens shopping center for $32/square foot per year.
