Can anyone tell me what they put in their PDAS folder/notebook? I am a new teacher in Texas and not sure what exactly to put in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I would have given the answer as a best answer. Only your answer was tacky. Yes my college did tell me,but I just wanted to make sure I was on the right track. There is more to life than being rude to people. Hope you figure that out :-)

Didn't your college tell you? Or your mentor team? Ok first you should have a Personal Development Plan. This plan says how you plan to become a better teacher in the next three years, this can include further classes, working with mentors, doing professional development, refining your skills, etc. You then add in things that show you have achieved those goals. You also put in examples of lesson plans and student work that show you are teaching content. Finally you put in any evaluations etc that you might receive.
