Honestly, I go to a dance school twice a week, but it isn't enough to keep my calories being burned, etc. I sleep most of my free time, along with being on the computer.. which i'm basically addicted to. I'm lazy, and I don't know what is an easy and quick way that I could lose weight. I'm not really that fat or anything, but i'd like to lose ten or fifteen pounds, specifically around my stomach and arms. Please help..?
