How does this conversion work. kg/m^3 is equivalent to g/cm^3. The book says scientist use the g/cm^3 form which is equivalent because it is much smaller. I cant figure out how exactly that is equivalent. I see that it must be a 1000 times smaller since 1kg = 1000g, but 1 m is supposed to = 1000 mm. I dont understand their logic in this process. I know 1cm^3 is 0.000001m, but still dont get it. Can someone please show how to do this with work as well. Thanks

Hello lately i have stopped working out like i normally do and i feel absolutely terrible, my veins are pulsating and i can't sleep and my eyes can't focus too good. I used to do 300 to 500 squats in a row twice a day and about 200 pushups (with rests), 500 or so situps with some additional excersize with some handles. I did that for about 4 years... i can't relax anymore because then my veins become all twitchy my eyes start watering and my breathing becomes all messed up.

I'm not muscled, infact i'm only 150 pounds (i lost some weight recently, about 20 pounds).

I have a 5 month old Red-Nose Pit Bull puppy. I got him when he was 3 months old. The problem is that he sneezes out a lot of "snot", all the time. The only precipitating factor is just breathing. He appear to be developing normally. He eats, plays, and eliminates normally. If it is just allergies, is there anything I could be giving him to make this matter easier?

Does anybody have any bright idea's on how I can get my 6 yr old son to stop walking on his toes? We've tried reminding him over and over. His friends make fun of him at school. No, he does not have a 'tendon' problem or anything physically wrong, we've checked that out too. I need some ideas. Rewards for walking flatfooted dont help either.

im 18years old (just) im doing an apprentiship so i only earn £80 per week from doing 40 hours per week.
i live with my mum and little sister and we are always arguing about keep i should pay.
i believe i should pay 20% per week of what i earn (around £20 per week). my mum says i should pay atleast £50 per week! and i should only be living on £20 a week to myself! is it just me or is this not normal?
i pay for my own lunch, my own bus fares, everything apart from anything i eat at home (which isnt much)!
i wouldnt even be able to afford underwear or driving lessons (which i struggle to pay anyway) if i only had £20 a week.
please tell me im not out of order for telling her i cant only live on £20 a week. id never be able to socialize or anything:( ! any suggestions of what you think i should pay?????? please need urgent help !

Cons : the worst that would happen is that there would be a spike in death overdoses of people experimenting for the first time. After that things would go back to normal not significantly more "high" people than before.
Pros:
Cheap drugs would mean crazed addicts will not steal your car, mug you or burglarize your home or murder you for a few $$$.
Society would save at least 50% (conservative estimate) on jailing prisoners (80% of prisoners are there for drug related charges)
Society. would save on court costs
Society would save on military costs since a huge part of terrorism is financed through drug trafficking profits.
We would save the lifes of our soldiers specially in Afghanistan where the Taliban pays $12 a day to its recruits with drug money while the Government of that country can only afford $ 4 a day

Man says, "Don't worry, you worry too much!"
Translation -" I have my own problems, and I don't want to hear it!"
There is a difference between a worrier and a thinker. Worriers just worry. Thinkers do something about it!
Man says, "Just ignore it!"
Translation - "I have my own problems and I don't want to hear it!"
People don't like being ignored. They want to be liked and appreciated. And that is often what sets them off in the first place.
Can you think of any examples?

An aquarium with two guinea pigs were thrown in a dumpster at a park in East Lansing MI left to die. East Lansing Sanitation found them before it is too late and saved them. WHY would someone do this? I really want to know an answer besides the fact that there are sick individuals out there.

I have a 45-50 foot tall Silver Maple tree over my 2 story home and bedroom. I am concerned about one of the limbs crashing through my roof in a storm or high wind as the tree is 65+ years old. I would like to reinforce the roof/wall structure. I have a typical 1980 build wood frame home with trusses in the attic. I believe the weight of the branches could easily crash through the entire 2nd story and framing. Any thoughts? I was considering adding 4X4 framing in the attic along with a heavy duty military cargo netting to distribute the load among the entire truss system in case a limb falls on the roof. I would like to avoid a few thousand pound limb falling on me while sleeping. We love the tree - so cutting it down is not an option. I have pictures if needed to understand the situation.

You go to a nice establishment for dinner, and everyone inside is dressed nice (the sign on the building reads "proper attire please") the people inside are pleasant and enjoying a very nice meal, then in comes a person with a backwards ballcap on, bluejeans hanging off his @ss ( he must share them with his fat brother I guess), behaving like a jerk-off? I have seen this. The sign on the building is not a suggestion - it is a kick in the crotch to the family who opened the establishment for someone to disrespect policy like this.
