of course. the main reason is that America and other world major superpowers are members of it and can veto so therefore they can control the UN.
if they don't like a country they drag it to UN and complain against it, judge it and punish it at the same time! how is that?

It has failed to solve many conflicts in the world, but its also done so much good. It seems so bad that they (the UN) is under attack for doing what is impossible to do by anyone else. The UN has not been given much power, just assignments. They do great in humanitarian measures. They truly care about helping make things better and in their way they are.

Yes and No. The problem is that the UN can only serve as a mediator. The people must want to be helped in order for help to be effective. But most of the time, people want help, but do not stick to the agreements made.
For example. Imagine you have a neighbor in need. You are rich, your neighbor isn't . You offer your help, your neighbor accepts. You only ask your neighbor to cease hostilities towards other members of his household or neighbors, and they agree to that before you. But the parties in conflict keep throwing rocks and hiding their hands. Meanwhile the rest who are not involved in the dispute, are caught in the middle. And those who control the larger portion of the household, often are corrupt and abuse of the aid you are providing.
That's the dilema the UN has. And the problem is that UN needs to modify it's Constitution in order to better serve our brothers and sisters, not only in Africa, but in the entire planet.

Yes. They're worse than useless. They should have them relocate outside the US - maybe Haiti.
