Hello lately i have stopped working out like i normally do and i feel absolutely terrible, my veins are pulsating and i can't sleep and my eyes can't focus too good. I used to do 300 to 500 squats in a row twice a day and about 200 pushups (with rests), 500 or so situps with some additional excersize with some handles. I did that for about 4 years... i can't relax anymore because then my veins become all twitchy my eyes start watering and my breathing becomes all messed up.

I'm not muscled, infact i'm only 150 pounds (i lost some weight recently, about 20 pounds).

No i don't use any weights while squatting. I can do about a hundred while holding my two 30 pound handles. But that's not good for my back.

I did the first set of squats after waking up and the second before going to sleep. Like i said, i lost maybe 20 pounds since i stopped.

that is definetly too much and you are not giving your muscles time to rest always do a few reps and sets and take a day or two off so that the muscle can recover and build also the reason you are losing weight is because you are working out too long you should not work out more then 45 mins during any session after 47 mins you start to burn calories
