We have four children been married for 6 years we both are in our mid 20's. My husband works around really pretty girls all day long i used to trust him when he would get calls from the girls at his job but this one girl kept calling so when he was in the shower and the phone rang i let it go to the voice mail and i listened to the message. It said ...hey baby where are you? Everyones here but you...I need you i feel left out the only girl here without her man." So i followed him after taking my kids to the nieghbors and he went to her huged her and kissed her i just drove off now i don't know what i should do. I am so angry i am so hurt i want to go and beat the living crap outta her she knows he's married. I just need advice please any thanks.

Hi, just randomly my pc screen has gone funny! I turned my pc on and the monitor now has these coloured lines running across it and eery time i click anything it makes it worser. I have tried to fixure out the problem. I took that monitor out and attached it to another pc, then the lines are not their, so this means there is not a problem with the screen. I replaced the wire connecting the screen to the main system but it still has the colours on it. So now i was thinking theres a problem with the actual connection on the montherboard maybe? So i opened up the pc and made sure all the wires were secure and cleaned out any dust, then when i turned the pc back on it was fine....but then a few seconds later the lines came back again? I dont know how to describe them, it looks like when water has gotten into an lcd basically, and you have all these weird patches of colour, but i can garuntee no water has been their. Any one who can help me?

My younger brother (36yo) has GBM grade IV since March 2006. He had the surgery, chemo, radiation in April 2006 and 2 months ago Gamma Knife treatment. At Gamma treatment the tumors returned to 4.5cm and 2 cm, with little growth since gamma treatment.(?) He is starting to require constant supervision due to seizures and overall motor skill degression. His ability to speak and put thoughts together has gotten worse.
I am his medical executor, and need to prepare my parents for the inevitable.
PLEASE provide some ideas as to what my brother could experience next. All text read does not state if "pain and suffering" is part of the process. Is a SECOND surgery worth the agony? What about quality of life? How late is too late to make a decison on the second surgery?

I have a palpable mass in my left breast (9 o' clock). The mammogram & sonomammogram indicate the following: "...a 2.5x1.1x2.3 cm hypoechoic, smooth bordered parallel mass. It does contain a single cystic component." No one is sure what it is, but It may be a Phyllodes tumor or a fibroadenoma. The surgeon refered me for a Sonoguided Breast Biopsy (Core, FNA). Should I postpone the biopsy to do a breast MRI before? Does it help the doctor have a better view of the mass? Or should I just go ahead with the biopsy? I already performed basic labwork (CBC, CMP, PT, PTT) and I'm fine, but are there specific labwork that I should request?

I know that these are questions for my doctor, but after my visit I've been on the internet and have read a lot of diiferent info and it's kind of confusing at this moment.
