And explain why the hell not!

Cloth diapers can be washed in the washing machine and then heat cycled through your dryer.

Even though most dishwashers can be programmed for a high heat setting, it is not a good idea to run items contaminated with fecal matter through a device that handles food utensils.

Disposable diapers can't be washed, at least none I've ever seen.

If you put a used diaper in the dishwasher, you are going to end up spending more money than you would have if you had just bought a new box of diaper---you will tear up the dishwasher! But if you insist.......

That's not a good idea with any type of diaper.
Disposable diapers, have little pellets in them that expand when wet and if the diaper gets to wet, the pellets will escape the diaper and plug up your dishwasher.
Cloth diapers can be washed in the dish washer, though you risk getting sick due to human waste running through the same place you wash your dishes.
Your best bet is to wash cloth diapers in a washing machine and throw disposable in the trash.
Hope this helps.

No, it's unsanitary for one thing and diapers are made to be used one time and thrown away after use unless you have an old time cloth diaper. That would mess up your dishwasher and it would need to go into the washing machine for clothes.

No you can't. First of all unless you are using a cloth diaper, they are not meant to be re-used. Second of all, the dishwasher is not the place for feces unless you really like to eat your child's sh*t!

That's the most disgusting thing I EVERY heard!! Why don't you just buy cloth diapers?! After all, it's easier sometimes to just do a load of laundry than to come up with money for diapers!

I assume you're talking about an old fashioned cloth diaper, not the throw-away types that most use today. The throw aways wouldn't hold up to cleaning.

Dishwasher cleaning sounds gross and excessive. How about using the washer?
