I don't think so. Mine worked just fine. Did they give you a test screen to try the volume levels etc? I'm presuming all that was ok. Maybe someone else can throw you a better answer.

Open skype and open the tools tab, scroll to options and then on the left you will see sound devices in the list. Open this to check your settings. If your using just a mic then audio in should be your sound cars, audio out your mic and ringing your sound card again.

hi expensive in case you want to conceal your information you would possibly want to attempt this so bypass to device tab go with folder recommendations and bypass to view tab contained in the record go with conceal folder (earlier this you should spotlight your folder) strong success
