i damaged the ligaments in my knee about 6 years ago. i had physio etc but now recently i'm having problems with my lcl, even when i go to sit down i'm in pain. What i am looking for is some advice on how to get it better? and how long it should take. I had problems with it for over a year now. My physio said it takes time to heal but surely not this long?!!

I have a cat who is quite large (23 lbs). He is orange/white and sheds like crazy!! Is there anything to lessen the shedding (besides brushing...I feel like I am doing that constantly!!). I won't stop brushing him....I just want to know if there is something that can help along with the brushing.

what do you do with a sixteen year old who drinks. Probably every weekend. Not falling down drunk, unless he's really good at hiding it. It seems he only has a little. Most of the times it's not that evident, it's more instinct that proof. Though he does admit he drinks. He says "I've worked hard at school all week, I deserve a few on weekends" That rationalization has a ring of an alcholic.Is there any steps to stop this. Driving license is just around the conor. Alcohlics on both sides of the familys, much afraid this is the path he is heading for. His answer is he has it under control and will never become an alcohlic becase it is a choise not an addiction.

One minute my husband acts like he is so in love with me; very attentive and affectionate and then the next he acts like he doesn't want me to touch him etc. Sometimes it seems like he tries to abuse me by totally ignoring me for no reason. When we get around other people he totally snaps out of this mood and then goes right back into it. Is this just a mind game or what?

my bf says that he loves me, and i honestly do love him, but my ex said that he loved me too, then a month later he broke up with me claiming that he only wanted to have sex and since he didnt get what he wanted he didnt think we should be together anymore. so my question is, how do i know that he truly means it when he says i love you? (there is no sex between us,and we have talked about the situation a lot, he knows what my ex did and thinks that it was wrong, hes never tried to push me into anything)

It used to be that women and gave to men and men gave to women but now it seems that women give out the freebies and the men don't do anything for them. They all expect sex early in a relationship (with no mention of getting married) but they don't want to pick you up from work, help you fix anything, or help you in hard times. They want the rights of a husband as far as having sex but do not want to do anything for you. This is expected in younger men because that is the way many of them have been raised but the older guys are acting that way too.

I ovulated sometime between the 23 and 24 of december. I use a fertility monitor and have been tracking ovulation. I had telltale signs of ovualtion (i get cramping like clockwork). I had intercourse during the week, and on the 23rd and definitely the 25th (possibly the 24th too)

Well here's my question My period was due on January 5th or 6th (I was a day early last cycle which never happened before). Well it didn't come so I took a test on the 6th and it was negative. My period showed up on the 7th it was brown and then pink but pretty light. I usually wear tampons (3-5 a day) but really didn't need one. I'd say I used the equivalent to one regular tampon from Sunday morning to Monday morning. On Monday I had a little bit of blood, but less than a half a tampon the whole day. A test on the 4th was negative That was it
Four days prior to my "period", i noticed a tinged mucas like discharge 2x when I wiped. Still very tired, light backaches, slight tummy upset, extreme irritability
