yesterday i fell on my knee during a basketball game. It's not broken or dislocated, just swollen and the muscle around it is very tight. I now have a knee brace. How long will it take for it to heal so that i don't have to use the brace or crutches to walk?

I am thinking about doing CC next year. I am kind of uncertain because it is very "cultish" at my school and I have never done organized running before. I already do swim team and marching band, both very athletic, so I have the endurance and stamina but I dont know how different running is from swimming (other than the obvious). Can you do one if you can do the other?

Marching band and swim team are kind of cultish too and I am friends with most of the CC team (like football gets along with Baseball, Tennis and golf) there are all these teams that get along in certain ways (see ones listed above) at my school.

I know my question sounds weird but let me explain. On the above mentioned interstates, I have noticed every several miles or so (I don't know how many) there is a solid white line that goes across the road from left to right. At first I just thought this was a Virginia thing, but I have noticed these lines on these interstates in West Virginia, Maryland, & North Carolina as well. What are they for?

Peter when he denied him 3 times. I'm asking this question because I'm kinda worried about myself. I was getting some mentoring from this "Jew for Christ" and he asked me a question. He said: Do you believe alone in Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection? I use to believe in faith and works (not anymore) so I answered no. I told him I believed in works also. So he asked me again and I said yes. I'm kinda worried I denied Jesus, and I don't like that. Please help if you are a Christian only. Thank you.

Our 8th grade son threw one of the xbox controllers at the TV and put a hole in it. When I confront him he blamed it on his brother even though his brother was outside playing with a friend. He then took the controller and threw it at me. I said, "your grounded buddy and you get work off the damage."

He told me to "shut up" so I told him he just earned a spanking. He laughed at me and said "Dad's not here." So I grabbed him, pulled him over to a chair in the room. He tried to fight me and was yelling "You can't spank me" and "what the hell" ... after a brief struggle i had him subdued and over my lap. I spanked him probably 8 times on his bare bottom with my hand. After about 2 spanks he was crying and begging me to stop. I sent him to his room when after I got done with him. Should I have my husband give him the same treatment when he comes home tonight?

I'm at the point where this is going to drive me crazy. My mother has a gambling problem. I can't seem to get her to realize it though. She has had her wages garnished twice and soon to be a third time when this one is paid off, because she used money that she didn't have to gamble. Then got a loan to pay off her credit cards and ended up racking them up again. Then never bothered to even start sending payments to pay the loan off. She claims she doesn't have a problem and that going once or twice a month isn't consistant with a gambling problem. She also says she goes to relieve stress from work. How can I show her or get her to admit that she has a gambling problem. She is also about to declare chapter 13 bankruptcy but says its not because of her gambling problems. It is... example on Thursday night she went to the casino with $300 and at the Casino withdrew $200 more. Her paycheck is only $650 after garnishment. Now she has no money to pay my dad for her half of the bills. Help!

My brother is getting married in the fall of 08 (long engagment I know) My daughter will be the flower girl and she will be almost 3. Is this too young? I am a Jew. My father is a billionaire and he has an arms company and he is a shareholder in the British American Tobacco company. I am helping my father run the company.

I think that these American and Saudi investors are racist.
