here is the thing , I have a 12 years old boy and a 4 years old boy. My husband works nights , so it is just me and the boys at home at night .. My 12 year old sits in his room all the time , when he does come out of his room the fights are on , ( with his brother ) the older on will screem at the top of his lungs at the little one , for evry thing. put it this way he is down right mean to him .. the older one loves to fight with me , he has such a smart mouth all the time .. the little one is starting to act like the older one ..I can tell them both to stop and they do not listen . until I get good and mad and start yelling on the top of my hungs , I have been feeling very over stressed . my chest hurts I can feel my heart deating almost threw my chest . I hate yelling and fighting every day , I feel like I want to get in my car and leave for ever .. I think I need some pills to help calm me down , All I want is to have a happy family and be able to talk to each other , instead of yel

Within the last week,including today I have felt like I may have had 2 panic attacks,but I am not for sure if that is what it is.See,when I was5my father committed suicide,but a month before he did I had a dream he did and I was @ his funeral.Now I know I didnt like have a vision,it was probubly due to my surroundings&with the things he was doing at the time.It freaked me out none the less.Now,I am 16 years old and I have had these very scary dreams. Both of them are of my mom dying.Now since I was so young when my dad died,I have gotten incredibly attached to my mom. When my dream shows her dying,I immediatly wake up.Its like I am either already hyperventilating or I start to.I also either again am already crying or start to.Usually they dont last very long,but while I am freaking out I am just staring at the ceiling trying to convince myself that I am ok and I end up calling her just to hear her voice to know she is ok. Is this a panic attack or what?

I love to play cards at yahoo. everytime I go to play now I get a error popup saying
Java plug-in fatal error
several java virtual machines running in the same process cause an error.
ok I remember I had a java update a few days ago and there was a error on the download so I really dontknow what to do? please help. I have deleted the java program and reinstalled it and the same error msg keeps popping up?

There is a gay couple who have been together for two years. Although a rocky relationship, they decided last year that one of them would buy a house for both of them to live in together. The owner receives monthly compensation from his partner for living expenses. The owner now is thinking about ending their relationship, but his partner says that since the house is partially his that they need to sell the house before that happens, because they both own the house. So the question is, do they both have entitlements to the house since it was purchased with the intent of housing the both of them, and what things should they split up if and when they do break up?

Basically they leave the bike unattended in a street corner in an inner city neighborhood, and wait for somebody to steal it, they then pop out of their cars and hiding spots with the usual "PUT YOUR HANDS UP, GET DOWN ON THE GROUND!!" Yata Yata...

It was a nice bike as you an imagine, it didn't take long before it was stolen, they bagged alot of people mostly teens.

Anyway I was wondering, when is a property (I don't mean real estate, I'm talking about an item like a bike or jewelry) considered abandoned? Don't you think that this is like a form of entrapment? I was laughing at the ridiculousness of this sting, I mean if a person is dumb enough to leave their bike unattended, not tied up or nothing, on the street of such a place they deserve to get their bike stolen.

What if, the person yelled out: "whose bike does this belong to? Ok I'm taking it to the police precint's lost property dept." That way they have a good alibi...lol

What do you guys think?
