I work in an office and I'm probably one of the youngest people there.

Well, recently, I was promoted up into management because of my charisma, personality, and good work ethic. But I'm having some difficulties.

See, all my life I've been used to working from "the bottom of the food chain." So this is a big change for me. Mostly, I feel people don't take me seriously when I tell them to get back to work or to finish a task. It might be because of my age or because I'm the NEW management.

In any case, my question is how do you manage people and NOT seem like the "bad guy?"

I mean, sure, I could be the angry boss nobody likes, "DO THIS! DO THAT!" But that's not the kind of guy I want to be associated as or known for.

How do you be the tough but fair manager?

I've recently been looking into the theories that Jesus was married to Mary Magdelane and had children..and why all the outrage? how can whether he was a husband and father take anything away from his message? to me if anything it would make his message, love , hope, forgiveness , etc stronger? and why was poor mary m wrongly slurred as a prostitute for centuries by the church? she was an honest, free thinking woman of means who travelled with jesus n co n supported them financially!

We live on a dirt road, and when it rains, they're pretty impassable. My Mother was borrowing my car (a 97 Ford Escort) and managed to get it bogged down. She got it back out, but I just drove to town and back and my car was shaking really badly. It only started shaking when I got up to 55 mph and over- otherwise it drove normally. Could this just be the result of mud caked in the tires or elsewhere under the car, or could it be a really serious problem that I should have seen about at once?

I've been looking for guitar tabs, but all the sites I've been to were a bit off. I understand that you cannot get tabs the exact way they are played, but I would like tabs at least to sound like the song. Please help guitarists!

As I browse these pages, I'll come across answers I find particularly interesting, provocatively well written, or just too darn funny, etc. I find myself clicking on their avatar and browsing through their answers on other subjects, or examaining the kinds of questions they ask. i rode bikes for 10 years but only really messed about on the dirt,the bikes i did have have been the 250n superdream,gs 550,dr 125,c50 and a twist an go scooter.I'm 6 feet tall and 90 kgs so i dont think tall bikes are gonna be a problem.

This guy is about 15 years older than me, i talk to him, he smiles at me and say hi to me whenever he sees me, we make eye contact as well. Once when i was about to go home, like 5 o'clock or something when its really dark and cold outside. before i went out he goes to me, put your coat on and then he watches me putting my coat on. Also, he knows that i get scared of little things, he keeps on messing around with me and geting me scared, but not too scared tho. Yesterday, i was walking down the stairs reading a book, because i was concentrating on my book so i walked really slowly, he came from behind whithout making a noise and sort of grabed me and said hey. i dont know why he did that but i got scared and he keeps on smiling at me, then went to the door and holding the door for me. he probably knows that i like him but i dont know whats in his mind. does he like me or something? somebody help please!

i would want 2 know if eating too much tomatoes and even oranges would increase the sugar content in a diabetic, since diabetics already have too much sugar in their blood, this could be hazardous to health.
