This guy is about 15 years older than me, i talk to him, he smiles at me and say hi to me whenever he sees me, we make eye contact as well. Once when i was about to go home, like 5 o'clock or something when its really dark and cold outside. before i went out he goes to me, put your coat on and then he watches me putting my coat on. Also, he knows that i get scared of little things, he keeps on messing around with me and geting me scared, but not too scared tho. Yesterday, i was walking down the stairs reading a book, because i was concentrating on my book so i walked really slowly, he came from behind whithout making a noise and sort of grabed me and said hey. i dont know why he did that but i got scared and he keeps on smiling at me, then went to the door and holding the door for me. he probably knows that i like him but i dont know whats in his mind. does he like me or something? somebody help please!

sounds to me like he is flirting but only to get one thing. if he knows you like him he could use this and say he likes you just for his amusement and pleasure. id advise to keep away act like you dont like him. if he is truely keen on you he will keep trying if he backs off then you know he is just a creepy guy who you did well to steer clear of

15 years is a big age gap especially if you are under 18, which from the sounds of it you are so even if this guy did like you i don't think it would be appropriate for you guys to start anything.

It does sound like he has feelings for you but he probably knows he is too old for you and that is why he hasn't asked you out. I cant tell you what to do but i think carrying on with this flirting will only make it worse for both of you, try to back off a little and see what happens after that.
Good luck xxx

Let me get this straight...he is grabbing you and scaring you?

This sort of stuff may be ok if you are already in a relationship where you both set the rules...but as a workplace piece of titilation it sounds as though he is not very mature despite his extra years.

I would be very cautious about what sort of person this man really is. Try not to get blinded by the fact that you are attracted to him

I'm sure he likes you, I've liked girls 15 years yonger than me too, but I'd never go any further than playful banter. If he is single and you like him, maybe you should try making a move yourself (if you are old enough!) Just see if he wants to go out for a drink etc..

Does the above sound like a positive description. I dont think so; I think you had better start seeking some advice from a real friend, stay away from this creep. LOL

Well: in what I would suggest for you is to talk
with him personly because some times it's an good idea
depending how he'd behaves towards yourself.Any way try
that first remember "truth is get his respect stronger" while
both single couples meet !
yes go ahead an ask him ok ?

CAREFUL SWEETY!! You sound really young. Some dodgy older guys target much younger women for the wrong reasons. He may genuinely like you, but his approach sounds a bit intense.

sounds like he's flirting with you but sorry honey you need to be careful. why can't he find someone that's his own age? you gotta wonder what's wrong with him and what kind of issues he has with control to be paying attn to someone so much younger than him, an entire generation. just be careful and know that he's got a lot more experience than you do in this department.

O my gosh, he is 15 years older than you and doesn't know anything about approaching a woman he is interested in. Let him play his little games with someone else. Just go about your life and if he grows up enough to actually start a relationship, then maybe you decide if you are interested.

Kinda sounds like it!!! What age are you though 'cos if he's 15 years older than you it sounds like pretty childish behaviour. I would've thought asking you out might be easier.
