Depends what you are looking for. Illegal, The most powerful are Marianna and Heroin. LSD are powerful too, but they make you have flashbacks, and hallucinate. Legal, nicotine and steroids. Steroids can be legal if prescribed. EVERY drug is addictive, and have it'd own power.
LOVE is a good one too. Love is VERY powerful

depends on your tolerance but Heroine is way bad and does not destroy just the user but those surrounding the user as well, Crack cocaine, just about all upppers are just best left alone
