No the chicken is dead so it will not feel a thing!

The harm in thawing and refreezing is ppl think it is fresh when thawed out. If you do this you lose a couple days shelf time, it is OK to do in a pinch though. It will also take some extra moisture out of your meat. Make sure whne you rethaw it you use it right away.

To my knowledge, it hurts any food, in case you thaw it and then refreeze it! Chicken isn't any different!
When thawed food is being refreezed it has been exposed to open air and germs. To prevent food poisoning, please never refreeze any kind of food!

yes once something has been thawed you can't refreeze it if you change your mind cook it up make soup which then can be frozen

~~~never defrost food then refreeze,,,,,if your in a pinch and dont really have a recipie to make for your chicken ,,, simmer in water with some bullion cubes, simmer till chicken starts to fall off the bone,,,then you can freeze that,,,,it will be a nice chicken stock for soup,,,yummy

yes, dont do that with any food!! once something has defrosted you can not freeze it again
