I have never been good at making FRIENDS, I have aquantences but no real friends. THis year I asked this why ppl don;t want to be my friend and she replied"You can get REALLY annoying, you just too hyper and that aggravates people, maybe you should take a chill pill." Then I tried to explain to her that I tried the whole chill pill thing but it never seemed to work. I am in high school and I am having trouble with this and I feel so left out. What dod you think, please no rude comments, I get enough of those from school.

Well I'm trying to decide when I should tell my daughter that my husband now is not her father? Or shouldnt I tell her? I don't know what to do...My husband has been in her life sence she was 1 1/2 years old. Right now she is 6 years old. He is the only one she knows as dad. She has never seen her real father. He is no where to be found. I've tried all I can. What should I do????

This is the joke I just heard..

Jesus and the Devil were arguing about who is better on the computer.. So they had a competition to see who is better with God as the judge..

The two were typing away, all the codes etc.. Until suddenly the power went out after a lightning bolt struck..

When the power came back, God asked the Devil.. 'So, lets see what you have done then..'

The Devil responded, 'I have nothing..' So God asked Jesus to show what he had done..

Heavenly music played as the computer came to life and all his work was soon back on the screen..

'But.. How..?!' The Devil asked..

'Well, you see..' God spoke.. 'Jesus saves..'

I am no longer attending a university but I am attending a community college to finish my nursing degree. I wanted to know how can I go about becoming an AKA if the school im at does not have that. do you believe in love? do you believe love is fact or fiction? well, here is the truth, its fact. There is this boy. Hes my boyfriend. he says he loves me and i love him too. he doesnt know this but i cry, i cry a lot. my grandma,(whom took care of me) died when i was 2. and my dad has been in jail since i was 7. my grandpa hates me, i live with him because my mom lives far away and i havent seen her in 11 years, i dk where shes at. my brother didnt make it out of the hospital after birth, he died in my dads arms at 2 minutes old. my other brother, i never seen him. for the first time in my life i feel like someone cares, i think i love him. i cry when hes not there, i get butterflies when he is but i feel 100% comfortable with him. I cannot describe him, do you think i am in love?

I am 18 and know very little about stroke technique (I basically only know freestyle/front crawl). I would like to swim seriously on a team, but I'm unsure as to whether or not there are teams available for those with little experience. I have tried looking for upper-level swimming classes but the only ones my Y has for adults are for people scared of water. I can swim; that's not my problem. I just don't want to train on my own doing the absolute wrong thing.

So do I practice alone or what? I want to be involved in a rigorous swimming program, but it seems that the kids on the YMCA teams have been swimming competitively for years. I'm doing this because I want to get in shape and be a beach lifeguard in summer.

In other words, how much leeway are you supposed to give a person to be human, be themselves, do their own thing and make their own mistakes, work through their addictions or whatever... And when is it appropriate to say, "I'm sorry, I don't want to live this way"?
