Rich Dad Poor Dad are the best books for motivation to become financially independent. They explain that anyone can do it with enough hard work and knowledge. The book really makes people want to stop working and putting money in other people's pocket and start doing things for themselves.
It also comes in audio so you can listen while driving.

The Art of the Deal is a classic by Donald Trump. The book is over 20 years old but still in print. If you want success, however, it's best to listen to your inner voice, intuition, rather than take the words from a book. You know your situation better than anyone else. So trust your intuition.

"A PURPOSE DIRVEN LIFE" by Rick Warren. Once you read it, the rest may come. Also a little more on the financial side, is any one of David Bach's books. I like "Start Late Finish Rich"
