Hi, I got a called from collection agency saying that used my credit card to buy something for $700. It was a credit card that I lost many months ago. Somebody used it. They say that this credit card didn't go thru the next day, but they released the product to the individual when he used my credit card.
They called me and say that I am responsible of this debt, they say that the signature in their file signature it is mine and I bought it.. This is Wrong, I don't know what they talking about.
They have threatened me that they will do something against me.
Can they do SOMething to my credit or hurt my credit only with my name??? They only have my name. I am in Socal California.
What should I do? What are my rights??

Everyone i know is concerned about me. My mom says that it is sick that i can look her in the face, lie, and she cant tell wether im lying or telling the truth. i say the only reason i lie is to get out of trouble, but i may need help if i can fool everyone around me. ive tried to stop lying, but i just do it.

I understand that you have to lose the fat over your abs before you can see them, however I am not fat and my stomach is flat, I just want to tone it up before June. I am about 5'8, weigh 135 lbs at night if you can imagine, so I am certainly not fat but I am not happy with how I look. I do 500 crunches (5 different kinds)almost every night. I have been doing this for almost a month now, I just wonder how long it will take for them to show up. Hopefully before bikini season!! :)

my brother gave me a Cisco 806 router to practice on and mess around with, but im totally clueless of how to get past the password, how do i log into the router so that i can decode the encryption? and where do i find this decoding program that can break into the 56 bit encryption.

joe (10:29:58 PM): specifically you need a program that will begin to create the passwords and send them to the router and log wether it is effective or not.

it's been happening to mefor 3 days! I have to wait alleast 30 minutes to fall asleep, than i wake up again after 2 hours!!!!!! than i wait 50 minutes to sleep than i get up in a few hours and i wake up 30 minutes too early. I try to fall asleep and i can only do it if i wait 20 minutes, after that i get up. than when i have to get up, i feel really sleepy.
I'm also starting to feel relly sleepy in class and i have almost fallin asleep several times.
how can i fall asleep better?
FYI i have an alarm clock and i have been looking at it whenever i get up and please dont say i cant sleep becuz of these reasons:
-I'm under alot of pressure(i am not! in fact...i think i'm under no pressure at all)
-Something is bothering me (NOTHING is bothering me, i am currently very content with my life)

I am a 36yr old divorced father of two who is wondering, after a 14 year marriage, does unconditional passionate love really exist? After living together for several years before marriage, I just assumed things would only get better between my wife and I. 3 degrees, 2 children, 3 houses, and many nice assets and vehicles later, I realized the quest to obtain nice "stuff" had sidlined, and even hindered, the growth of what should have been a healthy relationship. Now that I have left everything behind, and only get to see my children 4 days a month, there is nothing I desire more out of life than to be as close to someone as humanly possible. To the point where that signficant other knows so much about me, they can almost predict my behavior and thinking. Am I just dreaming or has anyone experienced such a thing? Any and all quality imput is appreciated-please restrain from sending sarcastic and demeaning statements.
